You will analyze sales data, implement incentive structures, and ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and distribution teams to optimize performance. As the State Head, you will oversee Regional, Zonal, and District Heads to ensure structured operations, maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, stockiest, and corporate retail clients, and ensure adherence to company policies, branding, and ethical sales practices.
