As an ideal candidate for the role, you should have 12 to 18 years of overall work experience and a deep passion for customer interaction and solving their challenges. Your fundamental knowledge of the education sector in India, particularly higher education, will be crucial for success in this position. You should have experience in managing relationships with key customers in India and possess a consultative approach towards sales. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in executive presentations and time management, will be essential for effectively consulting decision makers of academic institutions. You should also demonstrate the ability to think strategically about business and growth, as well as outstanding customer relationship management experience and negotiation skills. In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Developing an in-depth understanding of all products, platforms, and services for the higher education industry - Building relationships and establishing trust among key stakeholders of identified academic institutions by advocating what's best for their students and colleges - Creating and reviewing targeted Go-To-Market (GTM) Universe and managing end-to-end sales pipeline from Suspect to Closure - Consulting decision makers of academic institutions to understand their needs and convincingly articulating product value propositions - Providing and reviewing revenue projections provided by EEs in Zone, and striving to exceed quarterly targets set by TCS management You should also be flexible for extensive domestic travel in India, as needed to fulfill the responsibilities of this role.,
