Zonal Head

Role Overview: As a Zonal Head for Sales & Collections in the 3 Wheeler Business Unit, you will play a crucial role in establishing a new business from the ground up. Your primary responsibility will be to build and manage city teams, oversee the sales cycle, collections, repossession, redeployment, and ensure exceptional customer and dealer experiences. This role offers growth opportunities into central leadership as the business expands. Key Responsibilities: - Team Building & Management: Lead the recruitment and management of high-performing sales and collection teams in various cities, ensuring monthly target achievements. - Distribution Network Development: Establish a comprehensive distribution network comprising dealers, sub-dealers, DCO influencers, and other EBIs. Manage relationships and the entire lead funnel. - Sales Cycle Ownership: Take charge of the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to disbursement, while maintaining an efficient sales funnel. - Repossession and Redeployment: Manage the prompt repossession and redeployment of vehicles in case of customer defaults. - NPS Management: Focus on providing the best possible customer and channel partner experiences. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from a reputed university; MBA is advantageous but not mandatory. - 8-10 years of work experience in dealer management, sales, and collection functions within the Automotive BFSI industry. - Mandatory prior experience in handling multi-city teams. Experience in managing teams in Lucknow and/or Kanpur is a plus. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.,
