Job Title:
Zoho One Implementation Specialist & Project Manager

Location: India (Preferably Chennai, Tamil Nadu)
Work Schedule: Full-time, 5–6 days/week, aligned with Singapore business hours.

Job ResponsibilitiesPhase 1: Zoho One Setup & Implementation

• Audit existing workflows in catering & events businesses.
• Implement and customize Zoho One apps including (but not limited to):
• Zoho CRM → Lead & sales pipeline management.
• Zoho Books → Invoicing, accounting, supplier payments.
• Zoho Inventory → Stock management for catering & events.
• Zoho Commerce → Online ordering for catering menus.
• Zoho Projects/Workdrive/Desk → Project management & customer support.
• Zoho Forms/Creator → Custom order forms and automation.
• Integrate WhatsApp, email, and payment gateways into Zoho.
• Automate reports (daily sales, stock usage, revenue by service, etc.).
• Train existing team on Zoho usage and SOPs.

Phase 2: Long-Term Project Management

• Act as Project Manager for ongoing events & catering workflows.
• Guide new employees on using Zoho efficiently.
• Create SOPs and documentation for future onboarding.
• Ensure data accuracy, system maintenance, and continuous improvements.
• Report directly to CEO with weekly dashboards and KPI summaries.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Implementation Success (First 3 months):
• Full Zoho One setup completed for catering & events workflows.
• All team members trained and actively using Zoho apps.
• At least 80% automation of manual processes (orders, invoicing, stock).
• Ongoing KPIs (After 3 months):
• Daily/weekly/monthly sales & operations dashboards ready without manual effort.
• Smooth onboarding of new staff into Zoho workflows.
• Zero major errors in CRM, invoicing, and stock records.
• Event and catering projects tracked end-to-end in Zoho Projects with no missed deadlines.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ proven experience in Zoho One implementation and customization.
• Strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Books, Projects, Inventory, and Zoho Creator.
• Prior experience setting up Zoho for F&B, catering, or events companies preferred.
• Excellent English communication (Tamil is a plus).
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to train and guide staff members in simple, practical ways.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
