We are a growing real estate firm based in Begusarai, Bihar, seeking a Zoho One Implementation Specialist to lead our digital transformation journey. The role involves end-to-end implementation, customization, and adoption of Zoho One across all business functions including sales, marketing, projects, finance, HR, and customer service.​​The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our business processes and technology, ensuring seamless deployment, training, and ongoing optimization of Zoho tools. Key Responsibilities ∙ .Implementation & Setup:​- Configure and deploy Zoho One applications (CRM, Books, Projects, Creator, People, Desk, etc.) based on business needs.​- Design workflows, automation, and reports for real estate-specific processes.​- Integrate Zoho with third-party apps (payment gateways, WhatsApp, government portals, etc.). ∙Customization & Development:​- Customize Zoho applications using Deluge scripting.​- Build dashboards, analytics, and reports for management insights.​- Develop lightweight custom apps on Zoho Creator as required. ∙Process Alignment & Documentation:​- Map business processes (sales, property management, accounts, compliance) to Zoho ecosystem.​- Prepare SOPs, documentation, and training manuals for staff.​- Ensure regulatory and financial workflows are properly integrated into the system. ∙Change Management & Training:​- Conduct staff training sessions for smooth adoption.​ - Act as the go-to person for troubleshooting and support.​- Work closely with management to ensure high system adoption rates. ∙Continuous Improvement:​- Regularly review system performance and suggest improvements.​- Stay updated with Zoho’s latest features and best practices.
