Zoho One Implementation Specialist

Role Overview: As a Zoho One Implementation Specialist at Sevora, you will lead the end-to-end implementation and integration of Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho CRM within the e-commerce platform. Your expertise in configuring these tools will be pivotal in aligning business operations with technology to enhance growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and configure Zoho Books & Zoho Inventory for tasks like invoicing, inventory management, purchase/sales orders, and GST setup. - Customize automation workflows, approval hierarchies, and the chart of accounts to streamline processes. - Ensure real-time sync between Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books, providing training and support to the Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams. - Support lead-to-invoice tracking via Zoho CRM workflows and assist with Zoho People for onboarding, attendance, and HR automation processes. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Zoho Books & Zoho Inventory implementation. - Strong understanding of accounting, inventory, and financial operations, proficiency in Zoho automation, custom module creation, and blueprinting. - Working knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho People preferred, along with excellent communication skills to explain systems to non-technical teams. - Bonus skills include knowledge of Zoho Creator or Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Certifications in Finance or CRM modules. A Bachelors degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, IT, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
