As a Zoho One Implementation Specialist at Sevora, you will play a crucial role in leading the end-to-end implementation and integration of Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho CRM within our e-commerce platform. Your expertise in configuring these tools will be instrumental in aligning our business operations with technology to drive growth and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include implementing and configuring Zoho Books & Zoho Inventory for tasks such as invoicing, inventory management, purchase/sales orders, and GST setup. You will also be responsible for customizing automation workflows, approval hierarchies, and the chart of accounts to streamline processes. Ensuring real-time sync between Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books will be essential, along with providing training and support to the Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams. Additionally, you will support lead-to-invoice tracking via Zoho CRM workflows and assist with Zoho People for onboarding, attendance, and HR automation processes. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Zoho Books & Zoho Inventory implementation. A strong understanding of accounting, inventory, and financial operations is crucial, along with proficiency in Zoho automation, custom module creation, and blueprinting. Working knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho People is preferred, as well as excellent communication skills to explain systems to non-technical teams. Being well-organized with excellent documentation abilities will be an added advantage. Bonus skills such as knowledge of Zoho Creator or Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Certifications in Finance or CRM modules will be beneficial. A Bachelors degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. This is a Full-time/Part-time job opportunity with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, paid time off, and provident fund.
