Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zoho Developer, located in Punjab, India. The Zoho Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining Zoho applications, integrating Zoho with other systems, automating business workflows, and customizing the Zoho suite to meet specific business needs. The role includes troubleshooting and resolving issues, providing user support and training, and staying updated on Zoho app developments and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications
• Experience in integration using Zoho APIs and third-party applications
• Skills in developing and automating business workflows and custom solutions using Zoho tools
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Experience with other technologies like WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and Squarespace is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
