Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Zoho CRM Consultant. The Zoho CRM Consultant will be responsible for providing expert consulting services, managing business processes within Zoho CRM, and optimizing sales and customer relationship activities. The role also includes training clients on best practices, customizing CRM setups, and integrating Zoho CRM with other business tools.

Zoho CRM Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Zoho CRM Implementation

  • Plan, configure, and deploy Zoho CRM based on business requirements.
  • Customize modules, fields, layouts, validation rules, workflows, and automation.
  • Implement Blueprint, Command Center, and automation processes to streamline operations.
  • Set up roles, profiles, permissions, and data-sharing rules.

Customization & Automation

  • Create workflows, assignment rules, approval processes, and email automation.
  • Build dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics to track business performance.
  • Customize templates for emails, quotes, invoices, and proposals.

Data Migration & Integration

  • Conduct data cleansing, mapping, and migration from legacy systems into Zoho CRM.
  • Integrate Zoho CRM with:
  • Zoho Apps (Books, Desk, Campaigns, Inventory)
  • Third-party systems via API
  • Webhooks, deluge scripts, and integrations tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)

Training & Support

  • Provide user training sessions, documentation, and onboarding assistance.
  • Offer L2/L3 support for CRM issues, enhancements, and feature updates.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure CRM performance and data accuracy.

Project Management

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into CRM solutions.
  • Develop implementation plans and timelines.
  • Perform testing, UAT sessions, and ensure smooth go-live.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in 

    Zoho CRM implementation

    .
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Zoho CRM customization
  • Deluge scripting
  • Blueprint & automation
  • API integrations
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
