Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Finance Executive. The Finance Executive will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing financial reporting, and performing financial analysis. The role involves ensuring compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and providing comprehensive financial insights to support business strategy. Daily tasks may include analyzing financial data, generating reports, and collaborating with other departments for various financial projects.

Finance Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices, issue client invoices, and manage accounts payable/receivable. 
• Assist with bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger updates. 
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. 
• Monitor budget allocations, track daily expenses, and maintain accurate financial records. 
• Help ensure tax compliance and assist during internal and external audits. 
• Support month-end and year-end financial close processes. 

Qualifications

• Financial Statements and Financial Reporting skills
• Strong Analytical Skills and general Finance knowledge
• Understanding of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
