Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an AppDynamics (Implementation & Support) Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and providing technical support for AppDynamics solutions. Daily tasks include performing application monitoring, troubleshooting issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing expert consulting services to optimize client systems. Coordination with clients and internal teams will be a key aspect of the role.

Experience: 6+ years

Qualifications

• Proficient in Technical Support and Consulting
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with AppDynamics or similar application performance management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is preferred
• AppDynamics Certified Implementation Professional
• AppDynamics Associate Performance Analyst & Administrator
• AppDynamics Controller Admin.
• Analyze application and database performance metrics, identify bottlenecks (slow transactions, database deadlocks, infrastructure issues), and recommend optimization strategies
• Build custom dashboards for business transactions (BTs), APIs, microservices, and database activities. Deliver executive-level reports and proactive alerts to business and IT stakeholders.
• Provide monitoring data and evidences for internal and external audits related to application uptime, incident management, and SLA adherence
