Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic YouTube Manager to lead VedPrep’s YouTube growth strategy. The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of launches and campaigns, and driving organic growth through SEO, creative engagement, and data-backed strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with 

  Category Managers, Batch Ops, Faculties, Marketing, and Design Teams

   to plan and execute batch launches, orientation sessions, offers, and promotions.
• Ensure 

  on-time sharing of promotion plans

   and flawless placement of on-screen graphics (OSGs) in live and premiere sessions.
• Optimize all videos for 

  SEO

   with proper keywords, metadata, tags, thumbnails, and playlists to rank on high-volume search terms.
• Collaborate with the design team to create 

  high-impact thumbnails, banners, and session graphics

  ; conceptualize creative engagement plans.
• Drive 

  MoM growth in subscribers, views, and average watch duration

  ; ensure consistent 

  comment moderation (4/day)

   and real-time engagement during live sessions.
• Manage 

  timely execution of batch and offer launches

  , including creatives, OSGs, push notifications, and campaign promotions.
• Deliver 

  monthly YouTube growth plans

  , covering subscriber and viewership targets; prepare 

  bi-weekly reports

   and update trackers for content, faculties, and growth KPIs.
• Benchmark competitor strategies, track 

  emerging formats/trends

  , and implement innovative tactics for growth.
• Ensure all outputs strictly follow 

  VedPrep brand guidelines

  , with error-free execution across SEO, offers, OSGs, and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in 

  YouTube channel management

  .
• Strong knowledge of 

  YouTube SEO, analytics, and algorithm-based growth strategies

  .
• Experience in 

  campaign planning, video optimization, and audience engagement

  .
• Proficiency in tools like 

  YouTube Studio, Tubebuddy, VidIQ, Social Blade and Social listening platforms

  .
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
