Roles & Responsibilities

• YouTube Channel Management:

  Oversee the Motion YouTube channel, ensuring smooth functioning through planning, execution, research, content creation, coordination, and timely uploads.

• Digital Content Creation:

  Design YouTube thumbnails, videos, shorts, study materials, practice questions, polls, and quizzes tailored for students. Research and identify trending/new topics for content.

• Branding & Marketing Coordination:

  Manage online branding of courses and collaborate with faculty to draft promotional video scripts. Work closely with the digital marketing team to promote courses, series, and programs across social media, website, and other online platforms.

• Content Quality Assurance:

  Ensure accuracy, relevance, and quality of all digital content (videos, shorts, study materials). Update content regularly in line with changing exam patterns and curriculum requirements.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Coordinate with Directors, senior faculty, SDM team, academic team, subject matter experts, designers, editors, and the branding team to enhance and deliver effective content.

• Feedback & Improvement:

  Gather feedback from directors, team leaders, and seniors to continuously improve the digital learning experience.

• Regulatory Updates & Communication:

  Stay updated with NTA, NMC, and other relevant educational body notifications (exam schedules, application forms, counseling updates) and publish timely information for the channel audience.

• Offline Branding Support:

  Assist in branding offline courses by creating content such as leaflets, flyers, and cover pages in collaboration with the marketing team and directors.

• On-ground Activities:

  Visit other campuses for video shoots, director meetings, seminars, events, orientations, and other content-related activities as required.
