About the Role

Are you a seasoned YouTube creator or manager who’s passionate about building audiences and driving digital growth? Pepper Content is searching for a dynamic YouTube Lead/Manager with a track record of growing and monetizing their own YouTube presence. The selected candidate will oversee strategy, content, optimization, and community development for a client looking to scale their US market presence through impactful YouTube video initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive YouTube content strategies tailored to US audiences, focusing on brand growth and engagement.
• Build, manage, and grow the client’s YouTube channel, ensuring consistent publishing schedules and audience interaction.
• Ideate, script, and oversee high-quality video content from concept to upload, collaborating with content teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze channel analytics to optimize reach, engagement, and subscriber growth, leveraging insights for continuous improvement.
• Foster community growth through active engagement, comments management, and collaboration with influencers and creators.
• Manage video promotion, YouTube SEO, and paid ad campaigns to maximize visibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align strategy with broader marketing and business goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable success building and scaling a YouTube channel, with a substantial audience and strong engagement metrics.
• Deep understanding of YouTube platform algorithms, monetization, and growth strategies.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Final Cut Pro, Premiere, iMovie) and YouTube Analytics.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and project management abilities.
• Ability to create compelling visual stories that connect with US audiences.
• Experience with YouTube SEO and performance marketing is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience leading YouTube channels for brands, agencies, or as an independent creator.
