Key Responsibilities: • Assist in monitoring and maintaining Azure-based infrastructure (VMs, storage, networking, etc.) • Support incident triage and resolution under guidance from senior engineers • Perform basic troubleshooting of virtual machines, connectivity, and resource availability • Contribute to infrastructure deployments using Terraform, ARM templates, or Azure CLI • Help maintain system documentation and operational runbooks • Participate in patching, backup validation, and scheduled maintenance activities • Support monitoring configuration using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Grafana • Perform basic scripting or automation tasks using PowerShell or Bash • Log issues and changes using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA) Requirement • 1–2 years of experience in IT operations or cloud support (freshers with strong fundamentals may be considered) • Understanding of core Azure services (VMs, Resource Groups, VNets, NSGs, Storage) • Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash • Exposure to monitoring and alerting tools (Azure Monitor, Grafana, etc.) • Willingness to learn and grow under mentorship • Good communication and documentation skills Nice to Have: AZ-900 or AZ-104 certification (or in progress) Basic experience with Terraform, ARM templates, or YAML-based configurations Knowledge of backup policies and DR concepts Exposure to container technologies like Docker Experience working with version control (e.g., Git) Show more Show less
