Key Responsibilities: - Salesforce Data Cloud Development - Design, develop, and deploy scalable Data Cloud solutions - Data ingestion from multiple sources via connectors, APIs, and data streams - Identity resolution, entity unification, and profile enrichment - Segmentation, calculated insights, and audience activation - Real-time data activation across Marketing Cloud, Ads, and external systems - Develop and maintain Data Cloud data models, transformations, harmonization rules, and data mapping logic - Automate data synchronization and error handling through APIs and orchestration flows - Salesforce Platform Development - Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow - Build integrations with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architecture - Extend Salesforce core modules for seamless integration with Data Cloud - Architecture, Performance & Governance - Collaborate on data pipeline design, scalability, and optimization - Implement data governance, consent management, and privacy controls aligned with enterprise and compliance requirements - Ensure high-performance ingestion, segmentation, and activation pipelines through monitoring and tuning - Collaboration & Technical Leadership - Define use cases for personalization, segmentation, and reporting - Provide technical documentation, design blueprints, and code reviews - Mentor junior developers and contribute to Salesforce Data Cloud engineering standards Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline - Experience: 7+ years of Salesforce platform development experience - Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), API integration, and declarative tools - Hands-on work across at least two Salesforce Clouds - Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud - Strong understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, data transformations, and real-time data activation - Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and API-based integrations - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and cross-team communication skills Certifications: - Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (required) - Salesforce Platform Developer I & II (required) - Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect (preferred) Nice to Have: - Experience with tools like Snowflake, Tableau CRM, MuleSoft, or Marketing Cloud - Familiarity with CDP/MDM platforms and identity resolution strategies - Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations,
