We are seeking Software Testing Engineers - Azure with 4–6 years of experience in both manual and automation testing, especially within Microsoft Azure environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of cloud-native applications through comprehensive testing strategies including functional, API, performance, and CI/CD-based validations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases for cloud applications deployed on Microsoft Azure.
• Perform manual and automated testing for Web, API, and Microservices-based applications.
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Postman for API testing.
• Test Azure-native components such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, App Services, and API Management.
• Implement CI/CD testing within Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Ensure test environments are in sync with Azure cloud deployments.
• Report and track defects using Azure DevOps Boards, JIRA, or TestRail.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to understand business and technical requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of software testing experience, with at least 1–2 years in Azure-based environments.
• Strong skills in writing and executing test cases for web apps, APIs, and cloud-based services.
• Automation experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, REST-assured, or Cypress.
• Hands-on experience in testing REST APIs, including automation via Postman or Swagger.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, YAML-based pipeline integrations, and Azure Repos.
• Understanding of Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure Storage, App Insights, Key Vault).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication to collaborate with global teams.

Added advantage:

• Experience testing microservices hosted in AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) or containers.
• Exposure to performance testing with JMeter or LoadRunner.
• ISTQB Foundation Level or Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-204, AZ-400).
• Experience with security testing and compliance validations for cloud environments.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (if cloud testing is involved)
