Job Summary:

Workstream Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor workstream activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate communication, and manage dependencies between teams.
Identify risks and issues within the workstream and implement mitigation strategies.
Track progress using project management tools and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with project/program managers to ensure seamless integration of workstreams.
Lead workstream meetings, including kickoffs, progress updates, and retrospectives.
Manage resource allocation and resolve conflicts within the workstream.
Ensure quality standards and deliverables meet organizational and client expectations.
Support change management and adoption of project outcomes within the workstream scope.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements within the workstream.

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP)
Experience in [industry-specific experience: e.g., IT, finance, construction]
Background in change management or process improvement methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
