WORKSHOP MANAGER

As a Workshop Manager at a company specializing in air conditioning/ventilation, CBRN protection, refrigeration technology, fire protection, and pipe systems, your role will involve overseeing daily workshop operations, managing a team of technicians and support staff, and ensuring equipment and tools are well-maintained and functional. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring project timelines, implementing safety protocols, maintaining quality standards, and communicating effectively with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Additionally, you will be expected to develop strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily workshop operations for efficiency - Manage a team of technicians and support staff - Ensure maintenance and functionality of equipment and tools - Monitor project timelines for timely delivery - Implement safety protocols and maintain quality standards - Communicate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders - Develop strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs Qualifications Required: - Education: BE Mechanical - Certifications: Safety, quality management, or technical expertise In this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, technical expertise in HVAC & Refrigeration, effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in workshop management software and tools.
