To excel in this position, you should possess strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as technical expertise in HVAC & Refrigeration. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in workshop management software and tools. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our workshop operations while upholding safety standards and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders. If you have a BE in Mechanical with 5-7 years of experience in the Marine/Offshore industry, along with certifications in safety, quality management, or technical expertise, we invite you to join our team in Turbhe (Navi Mumbai).
