Additionally, you will be expected to develop strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs in the field of HVAC & Refrigeration. To excel in this position, you should possess strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as technical expertise in HVAC & Refrigeration. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in workshop management software and tools. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our workshop operations while upholding safety standards and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
