Job Description

Position Title: Two-Wheeler Workshop Manager Location: Unnao Experience Required: 3–5 years in a similar role Industry: Automotive / Two-Wheeler Service Key Responsibilities :Manage day-to-day operations of the two-wheeler workshop. Supervise technicians and service staff to ensure timely and quality repairs. Maintain inventory of spare parts and ensure timely procurement. Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction. Monitor job cards, billing, and service reports. Train staff on latest service techniques and customer handling. Ensure compliance with safety and service standards. Coordinate with insurance companies and third-party service providers. Prepare and analyze performance reports (revenue, service load, efficiency). Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of two-wheeler diagnostics and repair. Proficiency in computer systems and workshop management software. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities. टू-व्हीलर वर्कशॉप मैनेजर की नौकरी का विवरण (हिंदी में) पद का नाम: टू-व्हीलर वर्कशॉप मैनेजर स्थान: Unnao अनुभव: इसी क्षेत्र में 3–5 वर्षों का अनुभव उद्योग: ऑटोमोबाइल / टू-व्हीलर सर्विस मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:टू-व्हीलर वर्कशॉप के दैनिक संचालन का प्रबंधन करना। तकनीशियनों और सेवा कर्मचारियों की निगरानी करना ताकि समय पर और गुणवत्ता युक्त सेवा सुनिश्चित की जा सके। स्पेयर पार्ट्स का स्टॉक बनाए रखना और समय पर खरीदी सुनिश्चित करना। ग्राहकों की शिकायतों को सुलझाना और संतुष्टि सुनिश्चित करना। जॉब कार्ड, बिलिंग और सर्विस रिपोर्ट्स की निगरानी करना। कर्मचारियों को नई तकनीकों और ग्राहक सेवा पर प्रशिक्षण देना। सुरक्षा और गुणवत्ता मानकों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना। बीमा कंपनियों और अन्य सेवा प्रदाताओं के साथ समन्वय करना। प्रदर्शन रिपोर्ट तैयार करना (राजस्व, कार्यभार, दक्षता आदि) और उसका विश्लेषण करना। आवश्यक योग्यताएँ और कौशल:ऑटोमोबाइल या मैकेनिकल इंजीनियरिंग में डिप्लोमा या डिग्री। नेतृत्व और संवाद कौशल में दक्षता। टू-व्हीलर की डायग्नोस्टिक और मरम्मत में ज्ञान। कंप्यूटर और वर्कशॉप प्रबंधन सॉफ्टवेयर की समझ। ग्राहक केंद्रित सोच और समस्या सुलझाने की क्षमता।
