Key Responsibilities. Manage inventory in and out of the warehouse and inventory room, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely movement of spares. Plan and carry out inventory orders, including managing excess inventory and coordinating with central inventory for DC issue and spare movement. Update Zoho in real-time while issuing spares, maintaining accurate records of faulty spares and physically checking inventory. Coordinate with the central inventory team to float weekly spares demands and manage ad hoc requests. Receive faulty batteries for all bikes at the workshop and ensure that batteries are charged as per procedures. Responsible for sending faulty batteries back to Central warehouse for repair, following the Yuzen process. Conduct audit handshakes and self-audits for batteries at the workshop, maintaining accurate records of working and faulty batteries. As a Workshop Manager, you will lead end-to-end workshop operations to ensure world-class repair & maintenance of Yulu’s EV fleet. This is a mission-critical managerial role responsible for driving productivity, ensuring repair quality, optimizing resource utilization, reducing TAT (turnaround time), and delivering superior customer satisfaction. You will set operational KPIs, build high-performing teams, and instill a culture of quality, learning, safety, and accountability. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Plan and manage daily workshop operations, resource allocation, output, and quality leading to high uptime of Yulu’s fleet and positive customer experience. ● Oversee shift-wise scheduling to maximize technician productivity and minimize turn- around time to bring the bikes back on the field. ● Monitor live dashboards for SLA breaches and drive quick resolution of critical cases. ● Provide regular insights to the leadership team to further improve the operational efficiency.
