Perform routine servicing, repairs, and diagnostics of electric 2-wheelers (e2Ws) * Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues in vehicles * Conduct battery swapping, replacement, and basic Battery Management System (BMS) checks * Ensure all vehicles meet safety, performance, and cleanliness standards before deployment * Maintain accurate service logs and report vehicle performance anomalies * Adhere to SOPs for quality control, safety, and turnaround times * Support field recovery operations and on-site repair of stranded vehicles * Coordinate with the service team for parts inventory, tools, and spares management
