Job Description

Perform regular maintenance and live repair of e2W bikes brought in at our Yulu centres. Use hand tools and power tools to fix mechanical and electrical issues as per the diagnosed faults. Conduct thorough diagnostics of incoming vehicles, identify issues, and solve mechanical, electrical, or system-related problems in e2W bikes. Resolve problems in real-time, ensuring the bike is safe, reliable, and fully operational. Engage professionally with users who bring in bikes for repair, ensuring a smooth, courteous, and positive customer experience. Communicate repair details and timelines to users clearly and efficiently. Complete a set target of repairs as determined by your supervisor, maintaining a consistent and efficient workflow. Ensure that all repairs meet the company's standards for quality, safety, and performance. Use the correct spare parts based on the diagnostic results and repair requirements ensuring parts are properly recorded in Inventory management. Follow all safety protocols while working with tools, equipment, and vehicles. Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and free of hazards, ensuring a safe environment for yourself and colleagues. Ensure that all hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment are maintained, calibrated, and used properly to ensure precision and efficiency.
