Greet customers and assist them with billing/payment processes. Receive cash, credit/debit card, and UPI payments. Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately. Maintain proper records of daily cash inflows and outflows. Prepare daily cash summary reports for management. Reconcile cash drawers at the end of the day. Assist customers with basic queries related to purchases and payments. Coordinate with sales staff for smooth billing operations. Follow showroom policies regarding cash handling and security. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the billing counter. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role (automobile industry experience is an advantage). Basic knowledge of accounting and billing software. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills in [languages relevant to your area]. Honest, reliable, and punctual.
Key Responsibilities: Spare Parts Management Maintain and update inventory records for spare parts. Ensure optimal stock levels to meet demand without overstocking. Identify slow-moving and fast-moving parts and plan stock accordingly. Customer & Workshop Support Assist customers in identifying required spare parts. Coordinate with the service department for parts needed in repairs. Provide price estimates and part availability details to customers. Procurement & Vendor Coordination Place orders with suppliers/manufacturers for required parts. Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery. Verify received parts for quality and accuracy. Sales & Billing Generate invoices for spare parts sales. Achieve sales targets for spare parts and accessories. Promote and up sell accessories and value-added products. Inventory Control & Reporting Conduct regular stock audits. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and sales reports. Minimize losses due to damage, expiry, or theft. Customer Relationship & Satisfaction Handle customer queries and complaints regarding parts. Maintain good relationships with repeat customers. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Automobile / Mechanical or related field. Good knowledge of motorcycle spare parts and accessories. Strong communication and customer service skills. Good negotiation and vendor management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Strong problem-solving ability.
