Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services. Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information. Maintain a database of customer calls and follow up regularly. Generate leads, fix appointments, and support the sales team. Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Maintain professionalism and quality during calls. Requirements: Proven experience as a telecaller/telemarketing executive preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic knowledge of MS Office and data entry. Fluent in [English/Hindi/Regional Language.
