Must Have

7+ years' experience leading Workday testing efforts in post-implementation or transformation projects.

Ability to design test plans, scenarios, and scripts for job architecture and business processes.

· Familiarity with Jira Xray or similar test management tools.

· Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external vendors.

· Excellent communication and defect tracking abilities.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Global Job Architecture (GJA) or similar Workday configuration projects.

· Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

· Background in process improvement within testing lifecycles.
