Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday Technical Engineer with deep expertise in the Workday platform, focusing on Workday Ficials. This role requires optimizing, extending, and supporting complex Workday Ficials configurations while collaborating closely with Fice stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Workday architecture, Workday Ficials modules (Procurement, Accounting, Projects, Expenses, Supplier Accounts, Business Assets, etc), Business Process Framework (BPF), security configuration, custom reporting, and Workday Extend.

Key Responsibilities:

Own Workday Ficials technical design and configuration, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise standards.

Deliver complex Workday Ficials projects from solution design to configuration, testing, and production deployment.

Collaborate with Fice, Procurement, Accounting, and Technical teams to implement solutions across modules like Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Banking Settlement, Projects, and Business Assets.

Design and optimize business processes (BPF), security roles, condition rules, and approval flows to support enterprise-level ficial operations.

Create and maintain advanced custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, and Workday Prism (if applicable).

Leverage Workday Extend for custom applications that enhance native Workday Ficials functionalities.

Support ongoing Workday Ficials configurations for releases and tet updates, ensuring stability and compliance.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues impacting ficial workflows, security, and reporting.

Partner with Workday administrators and stakeholders to continuously improve system goverce, security, and best practices.

Stay current on Workday roadmap, feature releases, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications Skills:

5 7+ years

of Workday platform experience, with at least 3+ years in Workday Ficials modules.

Expertise in Workday Ficials configuration, including Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Banking Settlement, Projects, Business Assets, or similar modules.

Strong knowledge of Workday security model, Business Process Framework, and tet configuration.

Hands-on experience with Workday Reporting tools (Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, Discovery Boards, Matrix Reports).

Experience with Workday Extend is a strong plus.

Ability to design, configure, and optimize complex business processes with compliance and audit requirements (eg, SOX).

Familiarity with ficial operations processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Accounting, Budgeting, and Project Ficial Management.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; able to deliver scalable solutions in a dynamic environment.

Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to collaborate with Fice stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes.

Workday certifications in Workday Ficials or related modules preferred.
