Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Python Developer

with 8 10 years of industry experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in

Python

Django

JavaScript

, and

RESTful API development

, along with solid experience working with

AWS

cloud services. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a passion for clean code, and a deep understanding of secure and scalable application design.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using

Python

and

Django

framework.

Build and integrate

RESTful APIs

to support front-end applications and third-party services.

Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate

JavaScript

components into web applications.

Ensure secure communication using

HTTPS

and implement best practices for data protection and user authentication.

Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on

AWS

cloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to improving development workflows.

Mentor junior developers and support technical leadership within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in

Python

development.

Strong experience with

Django

web framework.

Proficient in

JavaScript

, including modern libraries or frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js a plus).

Deep understanding of

RESTful API

design and integration.

Experience implementing secure communication protocols (

HTTPS

, SSL/TLS).

Proficiency with

AWS

services and cloud architecture best practices.

Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs.

Strong knowledge of version control tools, preferably

Git

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes a plus).

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have

Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.

Knowledge of microservices architecture and asynchronous task queues (Celery, RabbitMQ).

Education:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
