We are seeking experienced paraplanners to support our financial planning consultants in Ireland. The role involves producing high-quality recommendation reports and providing administrative and research support to ensure excellent service for our individual clients. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review financial recommendation reports based on fact finds provided by the advisors. Support the ongoing review and servicing needs of individual clients. Conduct research on investment, pension, ARF, and protection products aligned with Irish market standards. Keep insurance provider terms and fund data up to date. Maintain and manage report templates for client recommendations. Respond to client-related queries efficiently and professionally (through consultants). Work closely with the advisors, maintaining strong communication and collaboration. Assist in preparing and delivering member advice projects as needed. Develop resources on current financial planning topics for use by advisors. Requirements: Prior experience in paraplanning or financial services. Strong knowledge of financial products (life insurance, pensions, investments). Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong attention to detail. Proficiency with financial planning tools, report writing, and MS Office. Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
