Overview:

Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Back-End Development:

• Develop, maintain, and support scalable

  RESTful APIs

  and

  microservices

  architectures using

  Java

  ,

  Spring Boot

  , and

  Hibernate

  .
• Write and integrate

  unit tests

  into test frameworks to ensure robust code.
• Perform

  performance analysis and tuning

  at both code and infrastructure levels.

• Scripting & API Development:

• Use

  Python

  or similar languages for ad-hoc scripting tasks and API development.

• Front-End Collaboration:

• Work closely with front-end developers,

  understanding front-end code

  to support integration.
• Make minor enhancements to front-end components as required.

• Database Management:

• Develop and troubleshoot complex

  SQL queries

  with

  PostgreSQL

  or similar relational databases.
• Use

  Hibernate

  and

  Spring libraries

  effectively for database interaction.

• Cloud Services & Deployment:

• Leverage

  AWS services

  (EC2, S3, RDS, Elastic Beanstalk) for application deployment and monitoring.

• Testing & Authentication:

• Implement

  unit and integration testing frameworks

  to maintain code quality.
• Manage

  authentication and authorization

  processes using

  SAML2/oAuth

  and

  Auth0

  for single sign-on (SSO) and role-based access control.

• Problem-Solving & Teamwork:

• Demonstrate strong

  analytical and problem-solving skills

  with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
• Take

  initiative and ownership

  of tasks, showing a

  sense of urgency

  in project delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Java, Hibernate

  , and related technologies for back-end development.
• Experience developing and supporting

  RESTful APIs

  and working with microservices.
• Working knowledge of

  Python

  or

  Node.js

  for API scripting.

• Experience with PostgreSQL

  or similar databases, with strong SQL skills.
• Familiarity with

  AWS services

  (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.) for cloud deployment.
• Understanding of

  SSO patterns

  using

  SAML2/oAuth

  and tools like

  Auth0

• Excellent

  communication skills

  to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
