Dive deep into Workday Security across multiple modules, identifying and resolving system issues to ensure optimal performance.
Drive continuous improvements for our Security concept and elevating our capabilities.
Perform important operational tasks connected to Workday Security.
Implement change requests based on solution designs, including IT testing and deployment.
Support proof-of-concepts to explore new Workday functionalities through Workday Security Concepts
Document your activities in line with our compliance framework.
Academic degree related to Information Technology; Business, Economics or other relevant fields.
3+ years of overall Workday experience across different modules
At least 2+ years of specialized experience and knowledge in Workday Security Module.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to frequent change
Passion for providing exceptional customer service and driving value-add solutions
Expertise in managing and streamlining multiple languages within Workday
Workday training and certifications in your focus area
Strong analytical and communication skills, combined with a deep understanding of Workday's application and process landscape
Excellent knowledge in implementing and maintaining Workday Security Concepts which includes access groups and access concepts, security roles, security groups, intersection security groups and security concepts, user authentication
Analytical skills to identify root causes based on system data, as well as expertise in managing HR master data in Workday
Proficiency in Business English (required), and German (a plus)
