Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  Workday Security

  , including role assignments and maintenance of user-based security groups.
• Process and fulfil

  ServiceNow access requests

  in line with security policies and SLAs.
• Conduct regular

  User Access Reviews (UARs)

  and ensure compliance with internal governance and audit controls.
• Participate in

  Agile sprint cycles

  to support the activation and rollout of new Workday functionalities and security enhancements.
• Create, maintain, and update

  documentation

  for implemented security solutions and ServiceNow change requests.
• Support internal stakeholders with access-related queries and security best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven

  hands-on experience in Workday Security configuration and administration

  .
• Good working knowledge of

  ServiceNow workflows

  , particularly access and change request processes.
• Strong understanding of

  User Access Review (UAR)

  governance and compliance controls.
• Experience working in

  Agile delivery environments

  .
• Excellent

  documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  .
• Ability to work independently in a

  fully remote, fast-paced environment

  .
