Job Description

As a Senior Oracle NetSuite Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of NetSuite solutions for enterprise clients. Your role will involve: - Leading end-to-end Oracle NetSuite implementations, from requirement gathering to go-live and post-deployment support. - Conducting business process analysis and translating client requirements into effective NetSuite configurations. - Designing and implementing custom workflows, scripts (SuiteScript), dashboards, and integrations using NetSuite tools and APIs. - Managing data migration, testing, and user acceptance to ensure successful solution delivery. - Providing strategic consulting to clients on process improvements and automation opportunities. - Training and mentoring internal teams or client resources on NetSuite functionality and best practices. - Collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure on-time, quality-driven implementations. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - 10-12 years of total experience with at least 6+ years in Oracle NetSuite consulting and implementation. - Proven expertise across financial management, CRM, and HCM modules. - Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics. - Strong experience in data migration, integration tools (e.g., Celigo, Dell Boomi), and API-based connections. - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include: - Oracle NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation certification. - Experience working on global or multi-subsidiary NetSuite implementations. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies or similar ERP project frameworks. - Exposure to industries such as manufacturing, retail, or professional services.
