Workday Security Analyst

Role Overview: As a Workday Security Analyst (G2 : P4), your primary responsibility will be to resolve Service NAB tickets for all Workday security-related issues, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives. You will document, prioritize, and resolve tickets in a timely manner. Additionally, you will gather, transform, map, and cleanse employee/config data, perform mass data loads using tools like EIB, ensure data accuracy, handle errors, and provide post-load validation and support. You will also serve as a subject matter expert for Workday security and map the security approval matrix. Furthermore, you will play a key role in implementing testing efforts within P&C Systems to ensure smooth user acceptance testing (UAT) and Integrated testing. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve Service NAB tickets for Workday security-related issues, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives - Document, prioritize, and resolve tickets in a timely manner - Gather, transform, map, and cleanse employee/config data - Perform mass data loads using tools like EIB - Ensure data accuracy, handle errors, and provide post-load validation and support - Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday security and map the security approval matrix - Implement testing efforts within P&C Systems for user acceptance testing (UAT) and Integrated testing Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 5 to 7 years of Workday experience with expertise in Workday security, HCM, compensation, benefits, recruiting, and absence - Workday Certified in Security - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot Workday technical issues - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work under general direction and independently Please Note: Stay updated with Workday updates, releases, and industry best practices to enhance system capabilities.
