Workday Integration & Reporting Consultant

• The Workday Integration & Reporting Consultant (68 years experience) will design, develop, and support both integrations and reporting solutions within the Workday HCM ecosystem.
• The consultant will work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure seamless system connectivity and provide actionable insights through advanced reporting and analytics.

Integration

• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday Web Services.
• Manage the integrations lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, UAT, and production deployment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support integrations in production environments.
• Collaborate with internal IT and third-party vendors for system-to-system integrations (e.g., payroll, benefits, finance, recruiting).
• Ensure integrations adhere to security, compliance, and data governance standards.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and optimize Workday reports (simple, advanced, composite, matrix, and trending reports).
• Create and manage calculated fields and custom data sources for reporting needs.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to translate reporting requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance in reporting outputs.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM integrations and reporting
• Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, Cloud Connect
• Good knowledge of Workday Security, Business Process Framework, and Data Sources
• Knowledge of HR analytics, compliance, and workforce planning reporting best practices
• Ability to lead workshops, requirement sessions, and user training
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and ability to deliver in iterative cycles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to have:

• Experience in Workday Prism analytics or similar data visualization tool
• Background in HR systems transformation projects
