Workday Data Consultant

Workday Data Consultant - Remote - India For one of our international clients, RED Global is currently looking for Workday Data Consultant with Workday HCM and data-related experience. The ideal candidate would have experience in large and global programs with Workday and focus on data transformation & reporting, HR Workday implementations and Enhancements. The consultant would be expected to join the project by Mid of June 2025, for a 12-month contract, with the high likelihood of extensions. The role would be offered on a remote basis, but only to candidates who are based in India. Desired skills:Minimum of 7+ years with Workday HCM and data-related activities (migration, reconciliation, reporting).Proven experience in large-scale HR Workday implementations and EnhancementsStrong skills in Excel, data transformation, reporting, and problem-solving.Strong Experience with EIBs, Workday Studio, or integration frameworksFamiliarity with SQL, Alteryx, Power Query, or similar tools for data manipulation is advantageous.Experience working in a global, cross-functional team environmentExcellent English - written and communication skills If you are interested in this position, please apply or send your updated CV to rtripathi@redglobal.com for immediate consideration.
