WordPress Frontend Developer

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Frontend Developer with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience and strong expertise in Elementor Pro page builder to design and implement engaging, functional, and high-performing websites. The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in front-end development but also have a strong understanding of website performance optimization, SEO, accessibility standards, and emerging AI automation tools to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor Pro.
• Convert Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch layouts and wireframes into functional WordPress/HTML pages.
• Implement responsive, mobile-first, and accessible designs aligned with WCAG/ADA compliance.
• Ensure website performance optimization for speed, scalability, and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with back-end developers for seamless integration and troubleshooting.
• Manage WordPress themes, plugins, and third-party integrations (APIs, CRMs, WooCommerce, etc.).
• Stay updated with AI tools and automation trends to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility with consistent design and performance.

Desired Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a WordPress Frontend Developer.
• Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor Pro (mandatory).
• Strong experience in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Hands-on experience with website speed improvements (Core Web Vitals, caching, minification, CDN).
• Solid knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with WCAG guidelines and ADA compliance for accessible website development.
• Knowledge of AI-based tools for automation (Design to Elementor based templates, HTML, optimization, etc.).
• Experience with responsive design frameworks: Bootstrap, CSS Grid, SASS/LESS.
• Understanding of JSON/XML.
• Familiarity with WooCommerce, multisite setups, and multilingual sites.
• Knowledge of version control tools (Git, SVN) and debugging tools.
• Basic understanding of PHP and WordPress back-end functionality.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
