Independently manage the recruitment process, sourcing and hiring candidates for various real estate sales roles. Understand job profiles and requirements shared by our team and clients thoroughly. Interact directly with clients to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs. Use multiple platforms such as job boards, headhunting, and LinkedIn to source quality candidates. Focus on recruiting candidates with the right skill set and fit for the real estate sector in Bangalore. Manage multiple open positions across different real estate roles, implementing various strategies for closing the positions efficiently. Work closely with the assigned Team Leader , who will provide support and guidance to help you close requirements successfully. What Does Jobs Territory Provide?
