Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused WhatsApp CRM Executive to manage customer communication, lead engagement, and relationship management through WhatsApp and CRM tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in WhatsApp Business, CRM software, lead management, and customer support, ensuring quick responses and high customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in handling customer interactions for sales, support, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to customer queries via WhatsApp Business in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle inbound and outbound WhatsApp chats for lead generation, follow-ups, and customer support.
  • Update and maintain customer data in CRM systems accurately.
  • Track leads, customer conversations, and sales pipelines.
  • Share product/service information, pricing, and offers with prospects.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams for smooth customer handling.
  • Send WhatsApp campaigns, broadcast messages, and reminders as per business requirements.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication.
  • Maintain chat quality, response time, and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports on leads, conversions, and customer interactions.

Required Skills

  • 1+ years of experience as a WhatsApp CRM Executive / CRM Executive / Customer Relationship Executive
  • Strong experience with WhatsApp Business API, CRM tools, and lead management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple chats and follow-ups efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of sales support, customer service, and lead nurturing
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Experience in sales coordination, digital customer engagement, or inside sales support
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Zoho, HubSpot, Freshsales, Salesforce, or similar
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,748.39 - ₹32,730.34 per month
