Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems with minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and moderate level of instruction on new assignments.
Interact with peers within Accenture, clients, and/or Accenture management to deliver business solutions.
Make decisions that impact own work and may impact the work of others as an individual contributor or small team lead.
Work in rotational shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Provide expert-level support for WFM-related queries and issues.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in WFM analysis or related field.
Strong understanding of WFM principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with various stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
