Welding Engineer

Role Overview: As a Welding Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all welding operations to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Your role will involve strategic planning, team leadership, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence in welding processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of welding supervisors, engineers, and operators to foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance welding operations, meet production schedules, and ensure efficient resource utilization. - Ensure all welding processes comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing corrective actions. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality while staying updated with the latest welding technologies and industry best practices. - Work closely with customers to understand their requirements, collaborate with other departments, and represent the welding department in meetings with senior management and stakeholders. - Analyze CAPA reports, approve them, and take appropriate countermeasures to mitigate repetitions, ensuring implementation across the organization, and responsible for welding documents preparation. Qualification Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. - Experience: 8+ years of experience in welding operations, with at least 10 years in a managerial role. Proven track record in managing large teams and complex welding projects. - Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, in-depth knowledge of various welding processes and techniques. - Certifications: AWS Certified Welding Engineer (CSWIP Certified) or equivalent is preferred.,
