Prepare comprehensive QC documentation, including inspection reports, test reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and final documentation dossiers. Ensure all fabrication and inspection activities are performed in accordance with relevant codes and standards, including ASME and ISO standards. Possess a basic knowledge of various NDT methods commonly used in fabrication (UT, MT, PT, RT, VT). Demonstrate a strong knowledge of fabrication processes for piping and pressure vessels, including cutting, fitting, welding, and assembly. Liaise with third-party inspection agencies, clients, and internal teams on quality-related matters. Identify and report any non-conformities and work with the fabrication team to implement corrective and preventive actions. Maintain accurate and organized records of all QC activities and documentation. Participate in internal and external quality audits.
