Should be able to read fabrication drawing of piping & Read Engineering Data of equipment such as pressure vessel, Prepare QC documentation, Basic Knowledge of ASME, ISO standard, basic knowledge od NDT method, RT nd Welding, Knowledge of fabrication. Responsibilities: Review and interpret fabrication drawings for piping systems and read and understand engineering data and specifications for equipment such as pressure vessels to ensure all quality requirements are identified and met. Conduct in-process and final inspections of piping and equipment fabrication activities, including visual inspections, dimensional checks, and verification of materials. Witness and monitor Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities, including Radiography Testing (RT) and other methods, interpreting results and ensuring compliance with procedures and standards. Perform thorough welding inspections, including pre-weld, inter-pass, and post-weld inspections, verifying welding procedures, and welder qualifications. Prepare comprehensive QC documentation, including inspection reports, test reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and final documentation dossiers. Ensure all fabrication and inspection activities are performed in accordance with relevant codes and standards, including ASME and ISO standards. Possess a basic knowledge of various NDT methods commonly used in fabrication (UT, MT, PT, RT, VT). Demonstrate a strong knowledge of fabrication processes for piping and pressure vessels, including cutting, fitting, welding, and assembly. Liaise with third-party inspection agencies, clients, and internal teams on quality-related matters. Identify and report any non-conformities and work with the fabrication team to implement corrective and preventive actions. Maintain accurate and organized records of all QC activities and documentation. Participate in internal and external quality audits.

Responsibilty:- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities in the shop floor. Ensure adherence to production schedules, targets, Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation (e.g., work orders, NCRs).
