: Website Developer (Webflow Specialist) part time/ Offshore

About The Role

We are seeking a Website Developer with expertise in Webflow to design, build, and maintain our marketing and brand websites. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about web design, user experience, and no-code/low-code platforms, while also having a good eye for aesthetics and performance. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling, responsive, and conversion- driven websites that align with our brand identity and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain marketing and landing pages in Webflow.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to translate mockups, wireframes, and brand guidelines into functional websites.
• Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and performance.
• Implement responsive design across devices and browsers.
• Maintain and update CMS collections, dynamic content, and integrations.
• Ensure accessibility (a11y) and follow best practices for UX/UI.
• Integrate Webflow with third-party tools (analytics, forms, CRM, automation tools like Zapier/Make, etc.).
• Monitor and maintain site health, uptime, and security.
• A/B test and optimize pages for conversion rate improvements.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with Webflow (portfolio of published projects required).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design principles (ability to tweak custom code in Webflow when needed).
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals (on-page optimization, meta tags, structured data).
• Experience setting up CMS-driven content and dynamic pages.
• Knowledge of integrations (Zapier, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
• Eye for design, typography, and layout — able to translate Figma/Sketch designs into Webflow.
• Strong troubleshooting/debugging skills for cross-browser/device issues.
  

Nice-to-Have

• Graphic/visual design skills (Figma, Adobe XD, Canva).
• Knowledge of JavaScript for custom interactions in Webflow.
• Familiarity with conversion optimization principles (A/B testing, funnels, heatmaps).
• Experience with Webflow eCommerce setup.
