Webflow Developer

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain responsive Webflow sites and landing pages that convert—using Webflow Designer, CMS Collections, and custom interactions.
• Implement and optimize page performance, accessibility, and on-page SEO (meta tags, structured data, image optimisation, load times).
• Create and integrate animations, interactions, forms, and A/B-ready templates to improve user engagement and lead capture.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and designers to translate Figma/Sketch concepts into production-ready Webflow builds.
• Manage site content and assets, maintain CMS structures, and support launch processes and QA across environments.
• Contribute to visual content: produce banners, social creatives, and simple motion assets to support campaigns and brand consistency.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Practical experience with Webflow (projects, freelance, or professional builds) and familiarity with Webflow University best practices.
• Solid HTML/CSS skills and knowledge of responsive design principles; able to troubleshoot layout & cross-browser issues.
• Experience working with Webflow CMS Collections, forms, and integrating assets for landing pages and campaign flows.
• Basic graphic design skills using Figma, Canva, or Photoshop to create on-brand marketing creatives.
  

Preferred

• Knowledge of interactions/animations in Webflow, simple GIF/short animation creation, and basic JavaScript for micro-interactions.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals, page speed optimisation techniques and analytic tracking (Google Analytics/Tag Manager).
