About the Role

We are seeking a talented and proactive Webflow Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and maintaining our websites and digital assets on the Webflow platform. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, an in-depth knowledge of Webflow’s capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to deliver high-quality web experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Webflow Development: Build, design, and manage websites and landing pages from concept to launch using Webflow.
• Maintenance & Optimization: Ensure all websites are running smoothly, are well-optimized for speed and performance, and are updated with the latest content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to translate design mockups and marketing strategies into functional, engaging websites.
• CMS Management: Manage and maintain the Webflow CMS, ensuring content is organized, accurate, and easy to update.
• SEO & Analytics: Implement on-page SEO best practices and integrate analytics tools to track and report on website performance.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing to ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and a flawless user experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Webflow Developer or Manager, with a strong portfolio of live projects.
• Expert-level proficiency with the Webflow platform, including its CMS, interactions, and integrations.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create custom functionality and dynamic experiences.
• Strong knowledge of modern web design principles, including responsive design and user experience (UX) best practices.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹60,295.82 per month
