Job Title: Graphic Designer – Enterprise Web Applications Location: Pune (Hybrid) Experience: 3+ Years Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in enterprise-level web applications to join our dynamic team. You will work on international projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces and digital assets that align with our brand and client needs. Key Responsibilities: Design UI components, dashboards, and visual assets for enterprise web applications. Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes in collaboration with UX designers and developers. Work on international projects, ensuring cultural and regional design considerations are incorporated. Develop graphics, illustrations, icons, and layouts for both digital platforms and presentations. Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all design outputs. Effectively communicate design ideas and iterate based on feedback from global stakeholders. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to meet project goals and deadlines. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an enterprise SaaS or B2B web application environment. Should have designed minimum 5 enterprise web applications Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in web application design and branding for international clients. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite , Figma , Sketch , or Adobe XD . Understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards. Strong visual storytelling and UI/UX skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with global teams. Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Pune . Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in agile or lean environments. Knowledge of front-end frameworks or familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
