About The Role

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• User Experience Design:

   Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to define clear, user-centred design solutions.

• Wireframing & Prototyping:

   Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design flows to communicate ideas effectively.

• Visual Design:

   Deliver pixel-perfect UI designs aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring aesthetics and usability go hand in hand.

• Collaboration:

   Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.

• Testing & Iteration:

   Conduct usability testing, analyse feedback, and refine designs to ensure optimal user experience.

• Design Systems:

   Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong portfolio demonstrating 

  UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms

  .
• Proficiency in design tools such as 

  Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar

  .
• Sound understanding of 

  design thinking methodology

   and user-centred design principles.
• Strong sense of 

  typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy

  .
• Ability to create 

  high-fidelity UI designs and low-fidelity prototypes

  .
• Experience working with 

  developers

   to translate designs into functional products.
• Excellent 

  communication and presentation skills

  .
• Strong 

  time management

   with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of 

  basic front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS)

   for design feasibility discussions.
• Understanding of 

  UI motion/interaction design

   (micro-interactions, transitions).
• Exposure to 

  UI/UX for enterprise applications, SaaS products, or complex platforms

  .
• Familiarity with 

  accessibility standards (WCAG)

  .
• Experience working with AI-powered design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Uizard, Galileo AI, Figma AI plugins, ChatGPT for UX writing).
• Ability to explore how AI can enhance prototyping, user research, and design automation.
