Web User Interface Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Acumen Creative Studio, you will play a crucial role in translating complex requirements into simple, intuitive, and aesthetically refined digital experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include: - **User Experience Design:** Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to define clear, user-centered design solutions. - **Wireframing & Prototyping:** Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design flows to effectively communicate ideas. - **Visual Design:** Deliver pixel-perfect UI designs aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring aesthetics and usability go hand in hand. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions. - **Testing & Iteration:** Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and refine designs to ensure optimal user experience. - **Design Systems:** Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms. - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Sound understanding of design thinking methodology and user-centered design principles. - Strong sense of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. - Ability to create high-fidelity UI designs and low-fidelity prototypes. - Experience collaborating with developers to translate designs into functional products. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong time management capabilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred skills for this role include: - Working knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) for design feasibility discussions. - Understanding of UI motion/interaction design, including micro-interactions and transitions. - Exposure to UI/UX design for enterprise applications, SaaS products, or complex platforms. - Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG). - Experience working with AI-powered design tools such as MidJourney, Uizard, Galileo AI, Figma AI plugins, or ChatGPT for UX writing. - Ability to explore how AI can enhance prototyping, user research, and design automation.
