Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)-driven Growth Executive


Key Responsibilities

Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Own the CRO roadmap—design, execute, and analyze A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and landing page optimizations.
  • Audit user journeys across web and mobile to identify conversion barriers and propose improvements.
  • Leverage tools like

    VWO

    ,

    Hotjar

    ,

    Google Optimize

    , and

    Mixpanel

    to measure and enhance user flows.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to implement UX/UI changes that improve engagement and conversions.
  • Develop and manage CRO playbooks, frameworks, and testing protocols for repeatable success.
  • Optimize key funnel metrics across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue stages.


Data Analysis & Insights

  • Collect, process, and analyze user behavior and marketing performance data using

    GA4

    ,

    Mixpanel

    , and similar analytics tools.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track growth metrics, experiment performance, and ROI.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to recommend actionable strategies.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate data insights into business decisions.
  • Monitor SEO, paid media, and retention campaigns for data-driven optimization opportunities.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in CRO, analytics, or growth-focused roles (agency or consulting preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRO tools (

    VWO, Hotjar, Google Optimize

    ) and analytics platforms (

    GA4, Mixpanel, HubSpot

    ).
  • Hands-on experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing channels (SEO, paid media, retention marketing).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.
